Mac’s Hospitality Group

Mac’s Hospitality Group is a restaurant group located in Charlotte, NC with a portfolio that includes Mac’s Speed Shop, Southbound, Red Star Catering and BackStage Lounge. With multiple locations throughout the Carolinas, the company needed help with digital marketing initiatives which particularly included an email marketing strategy for seasonal and weekly promotions for each of their brands.

The scope involved developing new email layout templates, strategizing promotional calendars and content and contributions to copyrighting for their three main brands – Mac’s Speed Shop, Southbound and Red Star Catering. BackStage Lounge (BSL) was a project added later on as a private speakeasy cocktail lounge located in the Charlotte area. We created the brand identity, lounge collateral and website landing page with a minimalistic hideaway mystique to it.
